What's different Our commitments

Six commitments.
No surprises.

01

Fees posted upfront

The fee is set by level. You know it before you talk to us, and it does not move mid-mandate.

02

Permanent hires only

We do no temporary staffing. Every mandate aims at someone who stays on your team.

03

Candidates screened before you see them

You only meet profiles we have already validated: skills, cards, availability, salary expectations.

04

A search built around your reality

A detailed intake call: job sites, schedules, pay, crew, culture. Then we search for you, not in general.

05

Support from start to finish

Close follow-up during the search, and after the mandate opens. We stay through onboarding.

06

One point of contact

You speak with the person running your mandate, from the first call to the hire.

On site

We recruit for real job sites.

Residential, commercial, renovation. From labourer to foreman, in Quebec and in Ontario.

The process Signing → hire

Five steps,
in this order.

Step 01

Step 01Contract signing

A clear agreement: the level, the fee, the terms. Nothing starts before it is in writing.

Step 02

Step 0220% security deposit

The deposit commits both sides and starts the search. The balance is due on the hire.

Step 03

Step 03Detailed intake call

A thorough call to frame the role: real duties, job sites, schedule, pay offered, the crew in place, and what makes people stay with you.

Step 04

Step 04Search and candidate presentation

We approach candidates directly, screen them, then present only the ones who fit the mandate.

Step 05

Step 05Close follow-up with you

Progress updates during the search, then personal follow-up after the mandate opens and through onboarding.

Service area Quebec & Ontario

We recruit across
both provinces.

Based in Saint-Eustache, we take mandates anywhere in Quebec and Ontario. What matters in your request is the city where the employee will work — not where your head office is.

Every point is a city we open mandates in. Yours not on the map? Name it on the form and we'll go there.

The intake call — framing the role

Hudson AFL is a headhunting firm founded in 2026, based in Saint-Eustache and working across Quebec and Ontario. We take on a limited number of mandates at a time — that is what lets us call back quickly, screen candidates ourselves and stay reachable after the hire.

Our approach is a contractor's, not an agency's: we want to know which sites the person will work on, with which crew, and for what pay. That is the difference between a hire that holds and a role you repost in three months.

  • — Detailed intake call by phone
  • — Progress updates during the search
  • — Candidates screened before presentation
  • — Personal follow-up after the mandate opens
