A clear agreement: the level, the fee, the terms. Nothing starts before it is in writing.
Step 0220% security deposit
The deposit commits both sides and starts the search. The balance is due on the hire.
Step 03Detailed intake call
A thorough call to frame the role: real duties, job sites, schedule, pay offered, the crew in place, and what makes people stay with you.
Step 04Search and candidate presentation
We approach candidates directly, screen them, then present only the ones who fit the mandate.
Step 05Close follow-up with you
Progress updates during the search, then personal follow-up after the mandate opens and through onboarding.
